These Terms govern your use of the DropSpot platform, including the mobile application and API services operated by Drop Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using DropSpot, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in South Africa. Business users must have authority to bind their organisation.

Roles

• Businesses post jobs, approve work, and pay for completed assignments through the platform.
• Spotters accept jobs, perform tasks as described, and submit proof of completion where required.

Payments

Fees, escrow, and payouts are processed through our payment partners. You authorise us to charge or disburse funds according to job outcomes and our payment policies. Disputes must be raised promptly through the app or support channels.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other users, submit false information, or circumvent safety or verification requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

DropSpot is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
